This Privacy Policy describes how Beranda Olahraga ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at berandaolahraga.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information collected on the website
- Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, referrer URL, pages visited and timestamps. These are kept for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to remember your language preference, session state, and to measure traffic.
- Form submissions: data you voluntarily provide via contact forms or comment forms (such as name, email address, message content).
- Account data (if you register): username, email, hashed password, profile information.
2.2 Information collected by our mobile application
- On-device storage: the app stores your bookmarked articles and user preferences (theme, font size, reading settings) locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not sent to our servers.
- No user accounts: the mobile app does not require sign-up or login, so we do not collect personal identifiers from app users.
- Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics): we use Firebase Analytics (operated by Google) to understand how the app is used. It collects anonymized event data such as app opens, screen views, session duration, device model, OS version, language, and approximate region. It may also collect a randomly generated mobile advertising identifier and crash diagnostic data. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
- No third-party advertising: the mobile application currently does not display third-party advertisements and does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency tracking framework.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the user experience.
- To respond to messages you send us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may receive limited data as described above:
- Google Firebase / Google Analytics — analytics, crash reporting. Privacy policy.
- Content sources: our editorial draft pipeline ingests articles from public RSS feeds of Indonesian publishers (such as Antara, Mattanews, Suara Kalbar). We attribute and link to the original source on each published article. We do not collect personal data from those publishers' readers.
5. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then rotated. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may opt out of analytics by uninstalling the application or by disabling analytics collection in your device settings. To submit a request, email info@berandaolahraga.com.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
